Outstanding Leadership in Training Award / Nomination Form

You may nominate yourself or an industry colleague. A representative must be in attendance on the evening to collect the award. 
Winners will be announced at the presentation evening on Tuesday 17 November 2026.

The Outstanding Leadership in Training Award recognises an organisation that has demonstrated excellence and innovation in developing the skills, knowledge and capability of Australia's aviation, aerospace or space workforce.

 This award celebrates organisations that are preparing the next generation of professionals and supporting lifelong learning through outstanding education, training and workforce development initiatives. Whether delivered through vocational education, higher education, apprenticeships, industry training, professional development or innovative learning solutions, nominees will demonstrate excellence in program delivery, industry collaboration and measurable outcomes that strengthen workforce capability and contribute to the long-term success of the sector.

The award recognises organisations that are setting the benchmark for excellence in education and training while helping build a skilled, diverse and future-ready workforce.
