You may nominate yourself or an industry colleague. A representative must be in attendance on the evening to collect the award. 
Winners will be announced at the presentation evening on Tuesday 17 November 2026.

The Outstanding Diversity and Inclusion Award recognises an organisation that has demonstrated exceptional leadership and commitment to creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace within Australia's aviation, aerospace or space sectors.

This award celebrates organisations that are fostering inclusive cultures where people from all backgrounds have the opportunity to thrive, contribute and succeed. Through leadership, innovative initiatives, inclusive workplace practices and meaningful engagement, nominees will demonstrate measurable outcomes that strengthen workforce participation, improve organisational culture and help build a more diverse and sustainable industry for the future.

The award recognises organisations that are leading positive cultural change and creating lasting opportunities for current and future generations.
